Stolen vehicle recovered

Woodstock police found and recovered licence plates and a vehicle late Friday morning that had been reported stolen from Ingersoll.
A 30-year-old Woodstock woman was arrested and charged with possession of property obtained by crime with a value more than $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime with a value less than $5,000.

Forcible entry

Woodstock police responded late Friday night after receiving a report of an unknown man allegedly sleeping on a couch in the living room of a Main Street home.
A 41-year-old Woodstock man was arrested and charged with forcible entry.

Drug possession

Woodstock police saw a man slumped over in the driver seat of a vehicle in a parking lot on Norwich Avenue near Montclair Drive late Saturday afternoon.
Police allege the man was found with drug paraphernalia, suspected methamphetamine, counterfeit Canadian currency and break-in tools.
A 37-year-old Norwich man was arrested and charged with drug possession, possessing counterfeit money and possessing break-in tools.
